At Hairlust, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair care journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully pack the unused and unopened products in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Hairlust

  Attach the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
